The Winter Indoor Training Program will improve a player’s overall soccer speed and ability, including dribbling & passing. This Program will focus on 3 main topics; Fast Paced Dribbling, Quick Touch Passing and Improved Footwork. Each group will have 2 trainers to allow for more instruction time per player. 

Winter Training will give players a great chance to enhance their skills, during the cold Winter months, while preparing for the upcoming Spring Season. Stay ahead of the Game!

The 3 month program includes 10 sessions. All practices are 60 minutes each.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND RULES:

All players should bring the following:
- NASA training t-shirt
- Black shorts and white socks
- Soccer Ball
- Indoor Soccer Shoes
- Shin Guards
- Water Bottle (with player name)

Players will be grouped according to age and/or skill level.

Players should arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.

Players should be picked-up immediately at the end of each practice.

All players will be evaluated by our professional staff.

Advanced players will be invited to participate on one of the NASA United select teams.

In case of a cancelation due to snow or extreme weather conditions, an update will be posted on Social Media (FB and Insta) by 8:00am on the day of practice.
